Change is Scary
Today I’m feeling a little overwhelmed and it’s scary to start something dramatic as maintaining a new healthy lifestyle. It’s like, umm, this is the first day of the rest of my life. Now that’s scary. I have been making such bad choices for a long time and I know I cannot keep going down this path any longer.
I will start out eating very healthy meals 4 times a week with 15 min exercise a day per week. I can then build up to 7 days a week and 30min exercise per day… I need to make this new lifestyle something I can live with and love, if I don’t love it, I will not stick to it. Do you find changing eating habits, or just change is a bit scary? Let me know what you do to stay on track and focus.
