Food Journaling

DAY 15

Marcie and Sadie are considering the value and feasibility of using a food journal.  We have both gone on diet plans in the past which required logging or journaling everything you eat.  On the one hand, we think stopping to write everything down could be time consuming; on the other hand, we think journaling our daily food intake could provide us with awareness and accountability.  What do you think?  Is food journaling worth the time and effort?  Please weigh in.
