Week Two, I’m learning What to Do

 

In some ways Week Two is easier than Week One; I’m learning exactly which foods are smart and which ones come with a heavy cost (no pun intended).  On the other hand, as I expand my food repertoire, I am starting to experience a few yearnings for dessert.  So… I went to the grocery store, bought some frozen fruit and yogurt.  Today I will be making my own frozen yogurt.  I am keeping my points in the neighborhood of 30 and feeling great about my unusual ability to stay the course.  What’s the secret?  I think is might be the accountability and support.
