White Tea with Fruit
Have you ever had one of those ah-ha moments and said to yourself, “Why didn’t I think of that?” Well, the Gals recently experienced just that.
We were watching the Dr. Oz show; he suggested having a cup of white tea in the afternoon instead of a cup of coffee. What we found so interesting was his suggestion to flavor the tea with fruit juice.
Sadie had a cup of tea yesterday with pineapple in it; it was delicious as well as nutritious. Sadie had a pineapple that had been sitting on the kitchen counter. She cut it up; put it in her Nutri-Bullet, poured it into an ice cube tray and then placed in the freezer. Once frozen, she took the cubes and put them in a zip lock bag and popped them back in the freezer. Now she has an instant fruit cube for that afternoon cup of white tea. Just loving it!
